Terms and conditions

In short: we build, host and maintain your site for a monthly subscription. There's no long-term contract. You can leave with 30 days' notice, no explanations required.

1. Who we are

Services are provided by PĂDUREAN GABRIEL-LEONARD PFA, based in Romania, registered under Tax ID 54354457, operating under the trade name Orevo.

2. What the services include

The Orevo subscription includes building, hosting and maintaining your business website. In concrete terms:

  • Design and development of the site (covered by the subscription, no upfront cost)
  • Hosting on performant infrastructure
  • SSL certificate and domain (if you choose the package with domain)
  • Content updates and small visual adjustments, within reason
  • Technical maintenance and security updates

The exact details of your package are confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.

3. Pricing and payment

The standard rate is €49/month, billed monthly. Your exact rate is the one communicated before the agreement is signed and stays unchanged for the duration of the engagement, except for changes announced at least 30 days in advance.

Payment is made monthly, within 7 days of invoice issue. Delays of more than 14 days may lead to suspension of services after prior notice.

All prices are in Euro (€). Conversion to local currencies, where applicable, is at the exchange rate on the invoice date. As a Romanian PFA we are not VAT-registered.

4. Term and cancellation

There is no long-term contract. The engagement continues month by month, as long as both sides are happy.

To cancel the subscription, give us notice in writing (email at salut@orevo.ro) with at least 30 days' notice. The last invoice will cover the cycle in which the notice period ends. There are no termination fees.

We can also end the engagement with the same 30 days' notice, respecting any deliverables in progress.

5. What happens to the site after termination

When the subscription ends, our hosting, maintenance and support stop. Here's what stays yours, no questions asked:

  • The content you provided (text, images, logo, brand)
  • Your domain, if it was registered in your name
  • The data of your customers collected through forms; we export it on request

The source code and the design are part of the Orevo service and remain our property. If you want to take the project over in an independent form, we can discuss a transfer arrangement separately.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide content and information needed in a timely manner
  • Guarantee you have the right to use the materials you send us (text, images, logo)
  • Pay invoices on time
  • Not use the website for illegal, abusive activities or activities that infringe third-party rights

7. Limitation of liability

We do our work to a professional standard and put in all reasonable effort to keep the site running correctly. However, we can't guarantee 100% availability or the complete absence of errors; no web service can.

Our total financial liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss caused by third parties, or outages caused by external providers (hosting provider, domain registrar, integrated third-party services).

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations in cases of force majeure: major technical incidents at providers, natural disasters, decisions by authorities, national infrastructure outages, etc.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the services after that period means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Disputes and applicable law

Our engagement is governed by Romanian law. We try first to resolve any disagreement amicably, through direct conversation.
