1. Who controls the data

• Reply to your message and discuss your project
• Send you a personalised quote, if you ask for one
• Keep the conversation history in case you come back a few weeks or months later

• Pre-contractual steps, in order to respond to your quote request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Who we share data with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To run the site, we use infrastructure providers that act as data processors:

• Hosting provider, to host the website and the contact form.
• Email provider, to deliver messages to the salut@orevo.ro inbox.

All our providers are selected for GDPR compliance and process the data only according to our instructions.

6. How long we keep the data

We keep your message for as long as it takes to bring the conversation to a conclusion, plus a reasonable window for you to come back: up to 24 months after the last interaction.

If you become a client, the data needed for invoicing and contract performance is kept according to legal obligations (typically 10 years for tax records).
